Notes when installing a new Compressor:
To keep the long service life and make sure your air conditioning good working, you are suggested to keep the right car air-conditioning maintenance
- Inspect the Compressor Belt: If happens “sound” noise, then serious belt creep, you should replace the new one; Give adjustment if the belt too loose.
- Regular replacement: The Accumulator or Filter Drier, Orifice tube, expansion valve, etc need to be replaced a new one when installing a new compressor.
- Clean the Condenser: Regularly clean the condenser with the water pipe to distribute the heat, increasing cooling effect
- Inspect the Refrigerant Liquid Surface Height: See from the dryer peep hole to check air-conditioning normal operation
- Ensure the enough Refrigerants: Inspect the temperature difference between entrance pipe and exit pipe or use manifold pressure gauge set to confirm if the refrigerant is enough.
- Inspect if has oil stains in hose fitting. Go to the maintenance if discover leakage.
